Flood control BUG ?

Hi All ,

My forum has been serving for a while
But something went wrong when I updated to 4.4.2

When the user posts a reply
Forum will show:
New posts within a short time frame are limited. Please wait 5 seconds before submitting.

And stuck in the editor
But in fact, the reply was successfully issued.

and when i bypass Flood control in ACP

system will not report an error
but Member's reply will become two at a time

I upgraded to 4.4.3 today but the same problem still occurs.

please help me
