You can edit your theme settings and ensure that "Location to load javascript" is set to the end of the page, which will output javascript at the end of the page instead of in the head of the document.

Integrating AMP would require you to essentially create a new theme and use AMP HTML in it. This would require a high level of technical knowledge (at least as it relates to AMP, along with using our HTML logic/template syntax).
