How to deactivate to modify the topic title?

Hi,

In version 3.x we had the option "Can edit own topic titles" in the Manage Members Group to disable that the members could not modify the topic titles. Where is this option in version 4.3?

This was removed on IPS 4, AFAIK. If someone can edit the content, they can also edit the title. 

But I’m not 100% sure as I can’t take a look in the script now (mobile device).
