Hello, is possible, and how, create a vote fields, for a topic? 

My need is, use a topic as an budget or project request. 

A user open an topic requesting to start an task, need a field that let 3(or other number) members specified vote, when all required(set up) members voted, then appear automatically a badged that say, APPROVED (OR THER THING TO ACHIEVE THIS MATTER ). 

THEN can be filtered by related criteria.
