custom activity stream --> add "exclude forums" option

If you want to create a custom stream without some forum categories you have to select all forums except the unwanted ones. This is fine until you have a lot of categories, say 100 for example. In this case it is a big pain to create a custom stream. So, there should be an additional "exclude forums" option or a way to select all forums with a single click.
