Ampersand and links

Hey all!

I am having a problem adding a certain link to one of my posts on my forum.

When I try to add a link like this:

index.php?misc/style&style_id=4

Invision then converts it to this:

index.php?misc/style&style_id=4

Causing the link to fail

Using html entity ampersands in the HREF attribute should not cause the link to fail. This is actually necessary for a page to validate properly using HTML validators.

Hey bfarber, that is also my understanding of it, maybe its the link source that is problem.

What if you used "%26"?

The ampersand doesnt seem to be the issue, the link I am having trouble with is,

https://www.bluepearl-skins.com/xenforo2/index.php?misc/style&style_id=22

On my board when I click click this link for example it then sends me back to the post topic.

But doesnt seem to be happening here, strange.

As you are using Xenforo at that destination, I couldn't really say why a link would not be working as expected I'm afraid.
