Esperanto Posted September 25, 2018 Posted September 25, 2018 I've just logged in to my account to change my card details. For obvious reasons, I had to answer a security question. This is the sort of thing I only have to do every few years, so the answer won't imprint on me. Like many people, I've become rather inconsistent with regards to respecting case. My answer, with an initial capital letter, since I was typing a town name, was initially rejected and so I tried it again in lowercase. The second time was the charm. It could've been awkward if I'd to write something like my grandmother's maiden name, though, for which there are two common spellings. I could've theoretically burned through three iterations before getting the combination of spelling and case correct. Do you think it would be possible to accept an answer irrespective of case?
Meddysong Posted September 25, 2018 Posted September 25, 2018 ^^ And more feedback. I'd logged out of my alternative account (which uses a different card than my other sites) and back in as this one (the one I actually use) and it nonetheless posted for the earlier session.
