Some images disappear. Why?!!

Does this happen to anyone else? :huh:

I contacted support but can not find an explanation.

In some messages from months ago, when accessing them some image has disappeared.

They are local images, upload the upload folder by the users. I do not find an explanation of why they are deleted.

Maybe something related to the Redis cache system?
