Add "IteratorIterator" as an ignored class in query comment

When looking through the MySQL slow query log I saw a lot of references to "IteratorIterator::rewind::xxx" in the query comment. Those aren't exactly helpful when trying to identify a slow query.

My proposal here is to add that class to the list of ignored classes in \IPS\Db::preparedQuery.

Any comments on this? I see that you've liked this, @bfarber, but I'm not seeing any changes in this area in the latest beta.

Unfortunately, just because I like a suggestion doesn't mean I can unilaterally run in and change the code. Your suggestion has been raised internally for consideration by the development team. It is unlikely a non-critical change like this would be introduced in a minor point release.
