Missing root_map.js file

So on site speed scores I am seeing issues with a missing root_map.js file. Since I never created or deleted this file, I am wondering what the best approach is here to either re-create it, or stop my site from linking to it. Any ideas? The missing file:

I believe this turned out to be a caching issue...it is resolved now.
