Ad hoc template assistance

Hey Folks

Is there a very experienced developer willing to answer Invision Community templating questions for me - on a paid, one payment per answer basis?

For example, I posted the following, perhaps in the wrong place, but no responses:

 

 

I don't want to hire a developer as I want to keep control of my own little enhancements.

So willing to pay $25 per simple answer (4 or 5 currently), via PM. Payments via PayPal I guess. Mechanics of the agreement tbd. 

I appreciate that this is unconventional but trying to find the simplest of answers in the 'documentation' in a timely fashion is really frustrating me.
