Installation already activated for this License Key

I moved servers and instead of transferring entire server content with old plugins etc, I am starting fresh and importing the database, same URL. However when I try to install on the new server it is giving me the error "An installation has already been activated for this license key. Your license key entitles you to one installation only. If you need to change the URL associated with your license, contact IPS technical support."

Any ideas?

Per the message, I would recommend contacting technical support. ? Our license server will not allow you to make a new installation using the same license key as you are already using on another domain.
