Stop highlight of character in editor

Every time I click on on text in the editor, it comes up highlighted.  Or move with the arrow keys.

It does not do it here, or anywhere else.

Clicking insert stops it but only once, it always starts again.

Only one the one site.

Any ideas what causes this?

Seems like a Chrome issue.  I'll whack the cache/history and see what happens.
