Executing SQL Query after user registers

Hi!

Can anyone direct me to where I can execute a SQL query after a successful registration? I'd like to basically create an account in one of my other databases with the IPB entered username, e-mail, and password information. This is after a user registers on the forums.

Additionally, I know that once a user updates his/her password, I would also like to update it in my other database as well!
