Hi All,

We are planning to add WordPress as our home page.

Currently our website(IPB) is hosted on SiteGround with cpanel access.

Now that cpanel has direct WordPress installation option.

1. We want to install WordPress in a subfolder like

www.website.com/wp

2. Once we develop the home page we want to switch to 

www.website.com/wp to www.website.com

and

www.website.com to www.website.com/forum

 

Can you guys suggest me best approach.

Is it better to create a subdomain or install wp in the sub folder?

 

Can anyone please help with the following query?

Our main page: 
www.website.com

Our newly developed page (wordpress)
www.website.com/Home

We want to switch.
www.website.com/Home to www.website.com

www.website.com to www.website.com/forums
