Edit the color of the "Birthday Select"

Hi all, were would we edit this:

The white looks really bad on the dark theme, but fine on the light themes. I was hoping there wouldn't be just one .js or .css to edit for it, but to have it be theme-based, however that doesn't seem to be the case. It can't be right-clicked to inspect either.
