Error Code: Error code: 1C223/5

Every time someone tries to register to my forum (www.mishadaily.com/forum), this error code happens: Error code: 1C223/5.

 

Before, it wasn't letting people register with their email address (even though I kept the area blank).

The error code indicates there is a required custom profile field which has not been filled in.
