Front-end language files for Forums Only?

Hello,

I want to translate my forum to urdu language but only forums front-end.. I want to keep everything in english for back-end.

Can i use poedit? Is there a way to get po/mo files with only front-end strings?

Which Wysiwyg editor is used for these forums? Can someone remind me. And is it possible to get language support inside editor via plugin or something?
