OverPlay Posted April 29, 2018 Posted April 29, 2018 Hello, After updating the old version to version 4.3, I got the following error when logging in to Topic: Quote [[Template forums/front/topics/postContainer is throwing an error. This theme may be out of date. Run the support tool in the AdminCP to restore the default theme.]] [[Template forums/front/topics/postContainer is throwing an error. This theme may be out of date. bfarber Posted April 30, 2018 Posted April 30, 2018 Visit your AdminCP and go to Customization > Themes. You will need to edit your theme and revert the 'postTemplate' container back to default, or install/create a new theme and use that. Basically your current theme is not compatible with 4.3.

It does not work, can we downgrade version?

bfarber Posted May 1, 2018 Posted May 1, 2018 There is no direct way to downgrade, outside of restoring a site backup. If you require support, submit a ticket in your client area and we'll be happy to help you. The error itself essentially means your theme is out of date, so your best option really is to look for a theme compatible with 4.3.
OverPlay Posted May 1, 2018 Author Posted May 1, 2018 I will sit on it for a few days, thank you very much for any help! I'm glad I'm your customer :)
