Predefined tags

Is there a way of setting predefined tags to a forums, instead of users entering new tags, they can select the predefined ones.

Yes. In tags settings on ACP, choose CLOSED system and enter the tags there.

That is global tags function which implies on entire forum. Can we have specific tags for each section/container/forum.

Fiest enable CLOSED system then esit each forum. You probably will get a field there to add it per forum. I mean, I guess.
