Please let me know how do I edit logout url to link it to aMember's logout url?

Your best option would be to create a plugin which logs the user out of the Invision Community software first, and then redirects the user to the aMember log out URL. I would recommend posting in the customization request forums for help with this.

Alternatively, to answer your question directly, you could modify the appropriate theme template to adjust the href of the link.
