bfarber Posted February 16, 2018 Share Posted February 16, 2018 What do you mean 'banned' from the site? As in, a firewall blocking you? If so then you would need to address that at the firewall level. If you just mean you keep getting the error shown, have you followed the instructions and uploaded the .htaccess file to your site's folder? Is .htaccess allowed (e.g. is this Apache with AllowOverrides enabled)? Or is this nginx or an environment where .htaccess just aren't supported?
