How to change size of images on the gallery front page

This is what I need my gallery front page to look like but currently it's nothing like that and instead each category thumbnail is a rectangle

Can someone point me to where I can adjust the size of these images so that I can replicate the above please?

Not sure but maybe admin panel;

Community --> Gallery --> Settings and then use square (or not) thumbnails is where I would go to try it out

Yeah trying that and coming up with a gateway timeout

 

Gateway Timeout

The gateway did not receive a timely response from the upstream server or application.

Additionally, a 504 Gateway Timeout error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.



That might be why it's not as I want it
