Customize Friendly url

I do not want to use topic title in url....but i also want old url still to work....

What can be done....

I want to remove topic title.... as titles are in other language   Hindi ..so the url becomes dirty during share such as on whatsapp

A   gallery/image/{#id}-{?}

B  gallery/image/{#id}-vidyasagar     then the old url will not work

Can any 1 please look into it

edit /applications/gallery/data/furl.json

change in "gallery_image" key

"friendly": "image/{#id}-{?}",

to

"friendly": "image/{#id}",

then clear the cache
