Plugin or Modification: Read Next Topic

Good Day,

I've tried searching the site for anything on this subject.... 

Is there a setting, mod, plugin, etc., that will add a Next Topic in forums instead of just Next Unread Topic? It's very inconvenient to always have to return to the entire topic listing just to go to the next topic in the forum.
