Clubs upload doesn't work

Club uploads get stuck on spinning circle that never actually uploads - this affects every user and browser and image size.

Anyone got any ideas at all how to resolve this? Any help would be hugely appreciated, as this is destroying our community heavily built around this feature.

It used to work and no sever settings have changed - forum upload work as normal.

Do normal forum attachments upload? 

Do normal gallery uploads work? 

Have you checked your gallery and / or file settings?
