footyman Posted January 4, 2018 Posted January 4, 2018 Hi, I would like to cancel my cloud subscription, but to also be given a full backup of all the files. I can't afford invision, but may offer the files to a forum member to see if he wants to try and migrate to open source. I've paid up to 27th January but don't want to pay any further than this. Don't seem to be able to find the cancellation option in the client area? Thanks.
