Move banned members to Special Group

I have noticed that members cannot view who is banned while they browse forum. 

An easy way could be to add an option to move all banned members by selecting them somehow (see picture) , and then move to special group "banned member" with rank image "banned".

i already view this topic. What i need is a mod that simply move a member to "Banned membergroup" automatic when gets banned,

some special features would be (for banned members) to change profile profile photo,  strikethrough text over profile name etc...
