Right side column

Hi.

Is it include on IPB or is it a mod that shows a column on the right, we're we can add a case, for ad ?

Where is it in the ACP to manage the code ?

You mean the sidebar? That's available for any administrator or moderator with permission.  

Click on the small arrow on left hand side.  That opens up the 'Block Manager.'

You may need to also check theme settings for the sidebar to appear on the left, right, or none.
