Calendar month names are not under Language files

I would like to translate the month names under Calendar add event section but the month names are not on language file....

Here is the screenshot

Where are these month names and AM / PM as part of these section? that I can translate?

Well, after long conversation with support this is also a browser driven thing that based on your browser locale...

That is correct, the users Locale determines that, and it's their browser that determines the Locale.

So for example, if I visit your site and assuming English is available, I will see the English language by default since my browsers are set to use English. If I were to set my browser to use German should instead see German by default. In both cases, the date pickers would (or should) reflect that.
