Way to make menu Tabs Bolder

I have a theme for my Paid members, and i want to make the Menu Tabs stand out more...more bolder

Anyone know a css code that will work on any theme to make tabs Stand out more...Bolder text

They currently are the color code FFFFF, but still are grayish, and not bold enough to stick on the background i have

lets just say they are not responsive enough to get this done...without saying the wrong thing about them
