CKEditor Plugin Request

Hello,
I noticed that I can't install the the CKEditor markdown plugin.
When I install it over the acp under the toolbar section I can find the button and I'm able to set permissions which groups are able
to use it.
But when I try to use it, click on the markdown button, the editor switch like on the source button, but the frame where I can type my text does not open again.
Did someone know how I could fix it to get the markdown plugin working?

Same issue here. It would be good to know which plugins are supported via the upload plugin feature.
