Notifications not displaying properly after 4.25

All of my notifications aren't displaying text anymore after the 4.25 update. Can anyone advise? Below is a screenshot of a notification that just shows the user's avatar, not the text about what the notification is.

Do you have any plugins that might affect your notifications? 

If none, then run the Support tool to clear the cache and send in a ticket.
