Matt Chivers Posted September 25, 2017 Posted September 25, 2017 Ive just done the update to v4.2.4 and I've hit major wall, the menu to your account details has stopped working.... the menu that appears under your username, located at the top right of every page. Any ideas?? before my members kick off??? Also I'm having reports that my members can't access the text editor in Private Messages, any ideas on this?? In fact its all the drop down menus which have vanished from the top bar, where the +Create, bell icon, PM icon are located!!

I believe you are having Ajax issues that might be theme or third party related. Please revert back to IPS default theme and run support tool. Otherwise, you should panic and send in a ticket.
