Hello, does it work well on mobile as well ?

Many users on my site reported that they can spend even an hour doing various activities and it didn't record anything. Works quite good on desktop.

Well, this is not a bug. You simply have too much plugins that add info there.  Anyway, you can disable this on my plugin. There's a setting for this. To IPS:

The plugin does not make any distinction about where you are. It should work in both. I'll make some tests today/tomorrow.

Thx you for release, but i have a problem members with using autorefresh. ;(

In one Day REACH 4 days time spent

In general lines, I can't avoid a unoccupied person from pressing hundreds of time the F5 key or use a auto fresh extension. This new version reduces the multi tabs exploit but there's nothing I can do about it.

Don't use the widget and it will stop all the competition.  That's the way it works and there's nothing I can do.

I installed this 4 days ago and I am on my board at least 6 hours a day and as of now it only shows me a total of 5 hours in 4 days even my other members it’s not adding right how exactly does it work or is it not working correctly any help would be much appreciated

It stores the time between “clicks”, where session time can be captured. Before it worked without any “restriction”, so it wasn’t very accurate by storing the whole session time.  So if you click now and another click in 20 minutes, it would store that 20 minutes and this is not right. So by requests, it was changed.

What about 4.3? I've bought it because it is marked compatible... But trying to install it - it says only 4.2.x

Please clarify, or refund.

It is 4.3 compatible. Are you having any issue on its install?

EDIT:

As expected, working:

Does this have a solution? Or it is impossible for you to read Redis Cahé.
Thank you

Honestly, I don't know as I never used those caches. Give a couple of days to make a dignose and I'll reply back with a refund, if it doesn't work.

No reimbursement is necessary.

I just had a member write me asking me about their time online not changing.

@Adriano Faria might want to make a note in the marketplace item so that people know this won't work with the "Use Redis to reduce MySQL overhead" turned on.

I've had the Redis setting on for awhile and never noticed the time not changing until one of my mods reported it.

Otherwise, it works great.

No, it isn’t. Although I’ve added a warning in the file description, let me know if you want a refund.

@Adriano Faria I'm kinda sad because I really liked the idea of this plugin, but if it doesn't work with this setting I think I'll go for a refound 😞

I'll be kind enough with you and will go ahead althought this situation isn't elegible to a refund. Next time, pay attention to all info in the file description.

Request submitted. I'1ll let you know when IPS process it. You will have your money back as Account Credit.

Does this plugin read from online time already captured in IPS tables or does it create new tables?

Asking because I want to know if I get stats instantly or if I have to wait for them to build up

@SJ77, I won't update this plugin for 4.5 or higher. I recommend to not purchase it. 👍

For those who arelady purchased it, I will offer another plugin of same price in exchange for this.

This makes me sad. Although it's understandable, honestly. Could it be made available for anyone who wants to take it over, and keep supporting it?

But that is more than fair, and I will take you up on that offer. 🙂

If I’m going to transfer it to someone else than I won’t offer another resource.

Again, that's totally fair. Thank you for keeping your customers in the loop. It's much appreciated. 🙂
