Hi,

is it possible to change (or hide) the horrible default black placeholder image for files in the download area ? (see secreenshot)

You can upload a picture or a picturelink at the settings when you upload a file.

yes but user of my board will share juridical files they certainly won't link any image.

It was already requested in several topics to

# have a custom default image, especially if all uploaders should use the same image, as it gets uploaded again and again and just wastes storage space: image1.jpg, image2.jpg a.s.o. and all are the same image.

# alternatively offer several custom default images by site owner, uploaders can choose from...

I'm not sure if IPS tracks these requests... So far no solution.
