Button to find specific topics

Hello,

I would like to have add a button which should search for all topics of an author in specific forums. I think I could use the search URL to do this. Is there a documentation for this? I couldn't find anything yet...

So, if I use the search, it always requires a term or a tag and the URL looks like this:
*DOMAIN*/search/?&q=test&type=forums_topic&author=Admin&nodes=23,18,50

So I think "q=" is the term, "author=" is the user, "&nodes=" are the forum IDs.

Is it possible not to use anything in the "q=", if I don't want to use any specific term, but just would like to find the topics using all other attributes?

Is it possible to use the user ID in that search URL instead of the "author="?

You could create a custom activity stream for this:)

Activity streams allow you to filter in specific nodes and by authors
