Copy/Pasting Images in 4.2

Is anyone else having an issue copying images in 4.2? Since I've upgraded if someone posts an image in a topic and I try to copy and paste it into my own post, it just gives me a blank space where the image is supposed to be. I tested it here on the test forum and it worked properly. What do I have setup wrong or what can I change to remedy this?

I had this issue.  My host needed to fix folder permissions for me.  That's about as specific as they got, sorry.  It works now.
