Luis_angel Posted July 20, 2017 Posted July 20, 2017 Hello, I've been testing the support request feature of Commerce. I use to admins using chrome and firefox. In Chrome i access one ticket request and with firefox user i do the same, then i reply with one user and when trying to reply using the other admin I get the warning that a reply has been already made then I get the notification if i still want to send the reply or discard it, I press "Send it" and seems that it was sent but the message does not show up in the customer ticket. Why? Thank you
