Manage blocks problem

Running Invision Community v4.2.0 Beta 5a

The manage blocks icon no longer works.

Have tried disabling all Apps & plugins.

Recached several times,even on default theme it doesnt work.

Any ideas appreciated please.

Try remove all files directory 'datastore'

Tried that,still doesnt work but nor do Themes or Profile dropdowns now.

Check with a web test - you probably have JS  a non-loader.

Also try another browser

Webtest shows ok,same with different browser.
