John Hodges Posted June 7, 2017 Posted June 7, 2017 We frequently have members who let their subscriptions lapse, but eventually get around to renewing them. But then when they try, it's unnecessarily difficult to renew or resubscribe, with no explanation or instruction given. They simply get a notice that says, "You are only allowed to purchase one of this product, and you have already done so." Was told by support representative that this is correct behavior. I would like to suggest a prominent link/button to renew or resubscribe. If not that, then I would like to see some explanation added that the customer should contact an admin—with a link to do so—in order to reactivate a lapsed subscription.
CP_User Posted June 7, 2017 Posted June 7, 2017 You could set invoices so they don't expire, however this isn't really the solution. As this doesn't work if the prices changes, etc, etc. The way I get around this is that if contacted by the said member, I will go to his account and just click re-issue invoice (under customers). He then can pay as normal.
