Forums descriptions need floating window in Fluid view?

I really like the Fluid forums view mode, but for those of us who want to set that up as a default view it may prove a bit irritating to newcomers, who will see forums but no descriptions of what they're about.

Not sure if anyone mentioned this before, but what if, for Fluid mode, putting your mouse pointer over the Forum title generated a floating window with the forum description?  I've seen that done with other forums in the traditional view mode and it can look really cool.  They could then click what forum(s) they want to view.  Needless to say, a floating window should preserve any text formatting/colours in the original forum description.
