Long time to save and update or new topic on IPB4 forum

My forum is located on dedicated server, everything works just fine there, the server is not loaded at all, but... When I simply try to reply in some thread, or start a new topic, or even send a message in PM - it takes from 20 to 50 seconds to do that. There are just a hundred or so topics on that forum, so I don't understand why does it work so slow??

First thing to check would be email, if you are using a remote mail server, try switching this to phpmail and test.

It's PHP.

Any other ideas what to do about that?
