4.2 Beta Custom templates and new reputationsystem

Hi

I'm using 2 other themes on my forum.
Only with the default theme I can see the new reputation system (buttons).

Where can I add the rows so it is visible in my other themes as well?

On my other themes the default button 'I like' is disappeared

Are these themes for 4.2 specifically? If they're outdated they probably wouldn't display correctly due to the significant changes in 4.2.
