Youtube Video Autoplay on Page

On our website we have a youtube video that we would like to start automatically when someone visits the website.

I have been however unable to get it to start automatically. When we insert the ?autoplay=1 as required and save nothing happens. We revisit the code to find that the code for autoplay has been removed and thus preventing this from working.

Do anyone have a fix, work around or solution.

I dont want it for profile but just when you go on a page for it to autoplay. Seems not to work :/

One of our web team members was able to create a custom block using Java and auto plays video based on video ID.
