How to remove "Forums" from Board Index?

Hey guys.  How can I remove this block that displays at the top of my board index?

 

Furthermore, how can I remove the "Forums" part of the "Forums - Board Name" which appears on tabs in browsers as the page name? Is it possible with a cloud community?
