Clear a member's followed content?

In 3.4 there was an option in the ACP to clear a member's followed content. I used to use this a lot on inactive accounts whose email accounts had been deactivated by MSN or AIM, to cut down on failed email. 

Is there a way to do this in 4? I can't find it.
