User Hovercards not displaying on some text links

I just notice an odd problem today. On some of the text links (circled in the image below) when hovering over them, the member's hovercard does not display, only a message saying "There was a problem loading this content." 

You can also see that in the image.

If I hover over the member's avatar the member's hovercard displays as expected. What would be causing this?

I have recently come across this with one of my members. Assuming there's nothing else about it on the forums, I'm going to open a ticket about it.

Well good to know other people have discovered this. Its not a forum breaking bug but is annoying.

I think I'll do the same thing. But thought I'd post about it here thinking it may be something simple I've missed.
