Hello, laggy on messenger

Hello after i move on a new vps server i have problem! When i try to send pm using messenger to other member and Press: Save it stucks on Saving... after some minute it says timeout when i refresh the page pm already gone to the member.. the problem is that many users press again and again the button and that is the problem..

 

I already disable third party addons also check on support tool the system and all was ok and green..

i don't know what the problem is..

Apache2: Logs cant find any error also on error log and system log..

I already setup a fresh forum installation to test it and it works like a charm without any issue.. maybe my database have problem? i don't know..
