Looking for a total site rebranding

I'm looking for a talented designer to completely rebrand my website. I've been neglecting it lately and just haven't had the time or effort to complete this project myself, but would really like to get this site doing better. Its a forum related to firearms and I use a few official IPS addons as well as some third party ones. Everything is at the most recent versions.

Price is negotiable and will be paid in stages with the final payment made after successful delivery and installation. All the other details we can work out as we go.
